BASIC TAYRONA SECTOR 2 NIGHTS-3 DAYS

Transfer from your hotel in Santa Marta to your chosen hotel in the Tayrona Sector. Arrival at your chosen hotel. Overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Private ground transportation to the entrance of the Zaino, to enter after 8 am, the ticket office opening time. Afterwards, the 15-minute ride continues by vehicle from the entrance to the parking lot, where we will begin a hike of approximately 2.5 hours to the Cabo San Juan sector, divided as follows: - Cañaveral Parking Lot – Arrecifes: A hike of approximately 1 hour, a more complex sector, with variations in the terrain (uphills and downhills) until reaching the Arrecifes sector, a beach where swimming is prohibited due to strong waves. - Arrecifes – La Piscina: A hike of approximately 45 minutes, a path of low difficulty, which allows the hiker to rest, passing along the sandy beach until reaching the Natural Pool. - La Piscina – Cabo San Juan: A path of medium difficulty, with some uphills and downhills, an estimated walking time of approximately 30 minutes. The estimated swim time in Cabo San Juan is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. The area has a restaurant. The return trip is also a 2.5-hour walk to the parking lot, where you can catch transportation back to the hotels, so the total hike is estimated at approximately 5 hours.

Difficulty Level: Moderate. Includes: Ground transportation via private or shared service, park entrance, insurance, and guide assistance.

Note: • Departure times are subject to change depending on the season.

Recommendations: Wear appropriate clothing and shoes for hiking, a hat, a swimsuit, sunscreen, insect repellent, high-calorie snacks, and sports drinks. The hike is approximately two hours each way. Do not bring glass containers. Follow the guide's instructions. Lunch is not included; cost is approximately USD 40 per person.
